Nursing Students Engagement Sessions

To better understand the various learning needs among nurses, CCN organises engagement sessions for Asian Nursing Scholars (Years 1, 2 & 3) and Year 3 students undergoing their Pre-Registration Consolidation Placement. The first run of engagement sessions were held in January 2018, at Academia and saw over 380 nursing students in attendance.

Topics of discussion included managing challenges in nursing school, how to use mindfulness to cope with role transition and how to manage emotions in a clinical setting. Through this highly practical session, nursing students were also given the opportunity to network with one another.
