Michelle Lee has been practising sustainability for over 18 years driving positive environmental and social impact. She has been effecting sustainable change across the end-to-end property value chain and transportation and logistics sector.

At SingPost, Michelle is leveraging her deep understanding of sustainability principles and frameworks to integrate sustainable practices and strategies into the company's evolving business model, which spans national and international postal and logistics services, warehousing and fulfillment, last-mile delivery, to international freight forwarding, across 14 markets worldwide.

Michelle has also supported various national sustainability related works including Alliance for Action for Corporate Purpose, Singapore Technical Reference TR109:2023 guiding sustainable packaging practices.
