Nursing Fellowship Programmes

Nurses may apply for fellowship/immersion programmes available in the respective institutions. Successful applicants are expected to identify a research question, a learning need or an area of improvement, before embarking on a project from conception to completion. They will be closely supervised, coached and mentored by more experienced nurses, referred to as mentors.

The duration of these programmes range from 6 months to 18 months depending on the scope and scale of the project. No fees are charged nor would participation in the programme incur any bond obligations.
