Wilfred Soon is currently Director, National Programmes – Pharmacy, Synapxe and with concurrent appointment as the Group Chief Information Officer, NHG. Wilfred is no stranger with many public institutions and many colleagues having delivered successfully on national program such as National Harmonnised Integrated Pharmacy System (NHIPS) and National Central Fill Pharmacy (NCFP). In NHG, he is also involved in milestone projects such as NHG Healthier SG CRM, NHG Cares App and SCM. 

Notably, he delivered key initiatives such as Inpatient Pharmacy Automation (IPAS) and Outpatient Pharmacy Automation (OPAS) allowing pharmacies across Singapore to achieve greater operational efficiency and a seamless patient experience garnering numerous national accolades and international awards.
