Presentation Synopsis

HM 2 - The hospital of the future: radical rethink or the same at the core?
On average, the utilisation of core healthcare infrastructure is slowly changing in the face of new technological developments and trends, which is forcing an outmigration of care. At the same time, the planning cycle for a new hospital or healthcare facility is very long. How do we start bringing this into our planning?

HM 15 - Megatrends, sociocultural and technology trends
Healthcare is generally conservative and highly regulated and hence partly buffered against fads and seasonal trends. However, it is still subject to megatrends and the way a society wants to interact with itself. This is a brief primer on the various influences that are and will shape healthcare consumption.
