Mrs Tamsin GREULICH-SMITH

Tamsin Greulich-Smith, a Senior Fellow at Ministry of Health’s Office for Healthcare Transformation, and expert design strategist for Design Singapore Council, has 25 years’ experience delivering transformation programmes, integrating user-centric design and social innovation practices.


A graduate of Imperial College London, and Royal Society for Public Health fellow, she was the first jointly-funded post holder between London Borough of Barnet Planning Authority and Barnet Health Authority, pioneering integrated care strategies. At the UK Government’s Department of Health in Westminster she oversaw the national Heartbeat Award, one of the UK’s longest running health promotion programmes.  


Most recently Tamsin established and heads the Smart Health Leadership Centre at the National University of Singapore’s Institute of Systems Science, where she teaches and delivers data, technology and design-focused transformation programmes.
