Asst Prof Kate Mulligan is a status Assistant Professor in Social and Behavioural Health Sciences at the University of Toronto and a public member of the Toronto Board of Health. She is a globally-recognised advocate, policymaker and researcher on health equity and community wellbeing and was the winner of the First International Social Prescribing Award in 2019.


Dr Mulligan has a background in community and public health.
