Patient Education Course
This programme aims to equip nurses with the knowledge and skills to assist them to provide patient's education for patients under care.
This course is organised by National Heart Centre Singapore.
Course Outline:
State the rationale and roles of registered nurse in patient education.
Describe the trends in patient education.
State the concept of patient education.
Describe the process of patient education.
Describe the obstacles of patient education.
Demonstrate ability in developing a lesson plan.
